The inlet and outlet as well as the upper covers are designed with 304 stainless steel.

Its base is made of steel instead of concrete, which makes the installation location changeable.

It is equipped with a high-temperature inspection glass that allows you to observe inside without opening the cover.

2. Product parameter

It is equipped with a VFD electromagnetic speed-adjustable motor.

Unlike steam direct touch heating, this model uses indirect heat at both the main shaft and jacket, which not only ensures a good cooking effect but also prevents condensate water mixing in the material, thereby avoiding protein loss.

Equipped with an auto-drainage system that can bring condensate back to the boiler to improve boiler efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

It is equipped with a scraper sign-glass, which allows you to clearly check the cooking status of raw fish and is easy to open.

In accordance with the standard of the pressure vessel, it is manufactured with carbon dioxide gas arc welding or low-hydrogen electrode DC welding technology.

The crust and shaft are made of mild steel; the inlet and outlet, the upper cover, and the exposed part of either end are made of stainless steel.
