Equipped with YCT electromagnetic speed-adjustable motor.
Comparing to Steam direct touch heating, the indirect heating combining main shaft and jacket could not only ensure cooking effect but also prevent condensate water mixing in material and avoid protein loss at the same time
With auto drainage system could bring condensate back to boiler to improve boiler efficiency, and reduce energy consumption.
With scraper sign-glass to check the raw fish cooking status clearly and could be easily open.
According to the standard of the pressure vessel, all pressure vessels are taking carbon dioxide gas arc welding or low-hydrogen electrode DC welding technology during manufacture.
Crust and shaft are made of mild steel; inlet & outlet, upper cover, the exposed part of either end are made of stainless steel.
