Designed with a large heating surface area and perfect drying performance to well assure the quality of finished fish meal.

Equipped with a hydraulic clutch, it enables heavy-load start.

2. Product parameter

It is outfitted with a three-phase asynchronous motor and a hardened cylinder gear reducer.

Combining the heating jacket and drainage system, the condensate liquefied from steam flows back to the boiler through the jacket to increase boiler efficiency and reduce energy consumption as well.

The unique design of the rectangular pipe serves as the blade support, enhancing the space between it and the cylinder to prevent the accumulation of fish meal within the cylinder.

The main shaft is made of super-thick seamless pipe.

Before delivery, the dryer underwent an X-ray and hydraulic pressure test and received conformity approval from the Q.C. department.
